Felicia Ann Fields, a beloved daughter, sister, mother, and friend, was born on June 20, 1957, to Lillie and James Fields. Raised in the charming town of Marietta, Oklahoma, she embraced her formative years within the community, attending Marietta Schools until her graduation.
Following her academic endeavors, Felicia found her way to Ardmore, where she made her home for many years. With an unwavering passion for the culinary arts, she showcased her remarkable talents at esteemed establishments such as Dornick Hills Country Club and The Gourmet Restaurant. Felicia's exceptional cooking and baking skills earned her a cherished place in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to indulge in her creations.
In time, Felicia relocated to Trinity, Texas, where she resided for over thirty years, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of those around her. Known for her spirited nature and vibrant love for family and friends, Felicia's infectious joy brought warmth and laughter into countless lives. She was a beacon of light, and her memory will be treasured by everyone who knew her.
Felicia was preceded in death by her beloved parents, four sisters—Sharon Dailey, Priscilla Douglass, Annette Fields, and Celestine Rucker—as well as one brother, Willie Ray (Buddy) Fields.
She is survived by her two loving children: her daughter, Talisha Fields of Oklahoma City, and her son, Laron Chris Brown of Ardmore. Additionally, she leaves behind two sisters, Claudette Coker and Christie Fields (Mark Williams) of Ardmore, and one brother, Victor Lee Fields (Julie) of Marietta. Felicia's legacy continues through her five adoring grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other treasured relatives and friends.
Felicia Ann Fields will be profoundly missed by all whose lives she touched. Her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of her loved ones, a testament to a life well-lived and a love well-shared.
